These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website axtriorentix.com and the educational services offered by Axtriorentix S.R.L. By accessing the site or contracting our services, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any of the conditions, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of service
Axtriorentix offers educational training programs in trading and investing. Our services are exclusively educational and informational in nature. We are not a stockbroker, a financial advisor registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV), or a financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA). The content of our courses does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or invitations to trade in financial markets.
3. Risk disclaimer
Trading and investing in financial markets carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for all investor profiles. There is a real possibility of losing part or all of the invested capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. Axtriorentix is not responsible for the investment decisions made by students based on course content. Each student is solely responsible for their own financial decisions.
4. Registration and access
To access the training programs, you must complete the registration process and pay the corresponding fee. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access credentials to the educational platform. Access to the content is personal and non-transferable.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the website and in the training programs (texts, videos, graphics, educational materials, brand, logo) is the exclusive property of Axtriorentix S.R.L. or its licensors, and is protected by Argentina's Intellectual Property Law No. 11,723 and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of this content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Refund policy
We offer a trial period of 7 calendar days from the activation of access. If within this period you are not satisfied with the program, you can request a full refund of the amount paid, without need for justification. Refund requests must be sent to contacto@axtriorentix.com with your details and reason (optional). After the 7-day period, no partial or total refunds will be made.
7. User conduct
By using our site and services, you agree to: (a) Provide truthful and current information. (b) Not share your access credentials with third parties. (c) Not reproduce or distribute course content. (d) Not use the site for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to these terms. Axtriorentix reserves the right to suspend or cancel access for any user who violates these conditions.
8. Limitation of liability
Axtriorentix shall not be liable for: (a) Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of information provided in courses for trading in financial markets. (b) Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. (c) Third-party content linked from our website. Axtriorentix's total liability to the student shall not, in any case, exceed the amount paid for the contracted program.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website, and complies with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its supplementary regulations.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
11. Modifications
Axtriorentix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on this website. Continued use of the site or services after the publication of modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
